Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners including wholesalers, retailers, and food service operators.
• Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research to expand the customer base.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials that resonate with B2B customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing partners, addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with potential business partners to ensure mutually beneficial arrangements.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress of B2B initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and conferences to promote My Jam's offerings and foster new relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the grocery and cultural food sector.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing invoices and financial statements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Passion for cultural foods and a deep understanding of culinary diversity.
