Description
My Jam is seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Support Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring a positive experience with our cultural food products. You will address inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback to help us enhance our offerings.Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels, including email, chat, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, and company policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner.
- Gather and document customer feedback to contribute to product improvements and service enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to report recurring issues and suggest improvements based on customer experiences.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling difficult customer interactions and ensure a streamlined resolution process.
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of My Jam's product offerings and cultural food industry trends.
- Contribute to the creation of FAQs and support documentation for improved customer self-service.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or a similar role.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, including both outbound and inbound calls, as well as Live Chat and Email Support.
- Experience in the food or culinary Industry is a Must.
- Excellent English Skills (written and verbal) is a Must.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and the capability to make decisions quickly.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with customer support software and CRM platforms.
- A compassionate approach to customer interactions and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- A genuine interest in cultural foods and a motivation to promote diverse culinary traditions.
