Currently we are looking for a caliber that can be a part of this successful team, the available job is an executive assistant to the country manager in Egypt, located in Cairo office.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Excellent level of English Language, French is an asset.
High proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point

Currently we are looking for a caliber that can be a part of this successful team, the available job is an executive assistant to the country manager in Egypt, located in Cairo office.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Schedules, organizes, and coordinates internal & external meetings, conference calls, business reviews, events and other logistic arrangements,
- Carry out all related administrative activities.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Supporting the Area Director by performs a wide range of administrative tasks which includes but not limited to, managing an active calendar, handling of expense reports and invoice payments, prepare presentations when requested and Meeting Agendas and any other requested tasks
- following up on work tasks and email correspondence
- Manages travel and hotel arrangements, visa applications and other logistic arrangements (e.g. car rental, airport transfer etc.)
- Manages the requisition and maintenance of office facilities and equipment, office supplies and pantry supplies
- Handling the petty cash and office expenses
- Supporting HR related tasks and reporting to the Regional HR manager.
- HSE representative officer for inspection and related tasks.
- Preparing and executing events and supporting the Marketing team by being responsible of preparing and ordering marketing materials.
- Supporting the IT with requested tasks and purchasing required items.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to operate within a global environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once recognizing when to shift priorities.
- Strong communication skills both orally and in writing.
- Hard worker
Excellent level of English Language, French is an asset.
High proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- The ideal candidate should have senior level administrative assistant experience working with multiple managers and/or similar background.
- Experience as an executive assistant is a must.
- General working knowledge and high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point is required.
