Job Summary:
The Cold Caller & Operations Coordinator will play a key role in managing client outreach and overseeing operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the agency. The role involves initiating contact with potential clients, fostering business relationships, and supporting the company’s operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing them to our services.
- Identify and generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with outpatient clinics and rehabilitation centers.
- Coordinate operational activities, including client communication and service follow-ups.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports on lead generation and operational progress.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and refine processes.
- Fluent in English (C1 level or above) with excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in cold calling or client outreach is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Familiarity with staffing agencies or the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
