Raya Foods; one of Raya's subsi diaries, is hiring ERP Specialist: - Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and OPM process owners to prioritize system enhancements, plan and implement new features or solutions, and ensure alignment with the company's goals and standards. - Collaborate with operations, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure all systems adhere to corporate standards and security protocols. - Collect and document business requirements for building and supporting Finance, Supply Chain, and OPM applications, ensuring alignment with business strategies and operational efficiency. - Analyze and design both short and long-term solutions for Oracle ERP systems, including Billing, Revenue, Supply Chain, and OPM modules. Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with the company's strategic direction. - Plan and perform various test cycles, including integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing, ensuring that all system enhancements and implementations meet business requirements and performance standards. - Organize and conduct workshops to facilitate discussions, decision-making, and knowledge transfer for building and enhancing ERP business applications. - Provide ongoing production support for Oracle ERP, particularly during critical times such as month-end close activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Work with business analysts, developers, and technical teams to convert business requirements into technical designs and functional solutions.

SQL and Database Management : Strong skills in SQL for querying and reporting, and a solid understanding of Oracle databases. - . System Integration & Data Management : Experience in ERP system integration with other enterprise systems and managing data migration and interfaces. - . Testing & Troubleshooting : Proven ability in system testing (UAT, integration, regression) and resolving system-related issues. - . Reporting & Analytics : Experience with Oracle reporting tools (e.g., BI Publisher) for creating reports and dashboards. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
