Operations Support Officer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Operations Support team member to join our Moniic team. This entry-level role will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the operations of the Moniic ride-sharing application, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the Moniic application and ensure smooth operation and service delivery.
Respond to user inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with the technical team to resolve any application or service-related issues.
Track and report on application performance and user feedback.
Assist in the implementation of operational processes and procedures.
Provide general support to the Moniic operations team as needed.
Qualifications:
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Positive “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in customer service or operations support is a plus but not required.
