Quality Assurance Analyst (Automation)

- Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Camunda-based applications.
- Analyze the functionalities of Camunda-based applications, identify opportunities for automation, and collaborate with business and operations teams to write requirement documents.
- Execute manual and automated tests to ensure the software meets both business and technical requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues using tools such as MS Azure Dev Ops.
- Use Postman or similar tools for System Integration Testing.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability and overall quality.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are unaffected by new releases or updates.
- Participate in requirement reviews, design reviews, and other quality assurance activities.
- Ensure all testing activities comply with established processes and standards.
- Prepare and present test reports, defect metrics, and quality status updates to project stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in QA testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Hands-on experience with web and mobile-based application testing.
- Experience in System Integration Testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies.
