What you will be doing.

As our Regional CRM & Bid Admin Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the company's business development efforts. They will play a critical role in achieving the company's growth objectives by providing administrative, sales, and marketing support to the business development team. The role will require excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, strong communication skills, and attention to details In addition, you will:
Lead CRM administration for the region, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities, follow-up tasks, and data quality within the CRM system.
Manage and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline by supporting the BD admin team across all countries in the region.
  • Assist the BD Manager and regional teams with all online tasks, including E-registration, prequalification submissions, and other administrative responsibilities.
  • Oversee the preparation and coordination of large bids and proposals, ensuring thorough administrative support throughout the process.
  • Provide senior administrative support for business development efforts, including marketing campaigns and event planning.
  • Execute and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, preparing reports on their outcomes.
  • Coordinate logistics for conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other key events, managing both pre- and post-event activities.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and follow-ups, maintaining high standards of administrative efficiency across the BD admin team.
  • Prepare and distribute regular CRM reports and dashboards, providing insights into sales performance and activity across the region
The role will be based in Cairo, Egypt. The candidate must have the right to live and work in Cairo, Egypt. Flexibility to working hours willingness to work within a variety of time zones, matching office/client locations.

What we are looking for.

To thrive in this position, you will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a proven track record in managing complex bids, and in-depth knowledge of CRM systems. Your ability to multitask, collaborate across departments, and drive business development initiatives will be key to excelling in this role. In addition, you will have:
  • Proficient in CRM systems, database management, and Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring efficient data handling and reporting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and excel in fast-paced environments, maintaining attention to detail.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales support, with a focus on project and administrative coordination.
  • Experience within marine and engineering consultancy sectors, thriving in dynamic and demanding settings.
  • Skilled in managing internal stakeholders and driving positive change across the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of handling large datasets and conducting performance analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Commercially savvy, with hands-on experience in bid preparation and submission processes.
  • Energetic, personable, and creative, with a strong sense of integrity and ethical standards.
  • Self-motivated and well-organized, consistently demonstrating commercial and administrative acumen.
  • Outgoing and approachable, while maintaining a focused and purposeful approach to achieving objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships both internally and externally.
Desirable:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration,
