ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring that all employees in the field sales sector are properly engaged through mandatory training and fieldwork.
- Developing and delivering programs for sales personnel that assist in achieving set goals and implementing business solutions.
- Ensuring that training programs are updated and implemented according to needs, success metrics, and business strategy.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- Completed higher education degree (bachelor’s degree)
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in English language in reading, speaking, and writing
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Windows,
- Proactive attitude and well-developed planning and organizational skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills
- Strong motivation for talent development and ability to work with various stakeholders
