Sales Executive - Shipping

In this role, you'll support the Sales Manager in driving the promotion and sales of Performance Coatings products to both new and existing customers. You'll build strong relationships, apply Jotun's sales tools and techniques, and work towards achieving sales, gross margin, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) targets. Your efforts will play a key role in growing Jotun’s market share and profitability.
This position will report to the Sales Manager - Shipping.

Assist the Sales Manager in reaching sales targets by managing customer relationships and seeking growth opportunities in assigned accounts.

Develop plans for customer accounts by identifying needs, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Oversee project progress, address issues, and ensure timely completion with optimal performance.

Promote products and solutions through regular visits, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure Jotun is specified for the projects and generate sales opportunities.

Ensure timely customer payments to meet budgeted days outstanding.

Achieve personal sales and contribution targets by focusing on assigned accounts and utilizing Jotun sales tools and techniques.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferable.

2 to 3 years of experience in Sales (A similar industry is preferable).

Should be able to communicate in English and Arabic.
