• Support pre-sales activities, including pre-studies by helping build the technical scope, costs of implementation, etc.
• Conduct business impact analyses of new systems or process changes within the Data and Analytics domain.
• Guide the team in terms of problems and integration issues with other nodes, understand how Ericsson Mediation Solution works able to deep dive into detail level of configuration and resolve quickly and will be main interaction with customer and project team for the specified nodes.
• Analyze and provide ideas for improvements with regards the Ericsson Mediation Solution
• Implement business logic configuration for File , Online, Stream and Kafka , integration, and acceptance work.
• Prepare system test, module test and accept test and have adept troubleshooting skills in related to deployment and integration.
• Apply a set of common work practices based on Agile/Dev Ops processes, procedures, ways of working, and tools.
• Lead adoption of assets, automation and reuse right from pre-sales to delivery to realize forecasted UM with efficient quality.
• Perform Post-project activities troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Design and implement Data and Analytics solutions in alignment with Industry Standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop architectural strategies for Data and Analytics, including billing, charging, and revenue assurance.
• Ensure integration of Data and Analytics systems with other telecom business support systems (BSS) and operational support systems (OSS).
• Lead cross-functional teams in the deployment of Data Analytics solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular reviews of systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in telecommunications Data and Analytics.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data privacy requirements in Data and Analytics operations.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for internal teams Data and Analytics systems.
