Context :
Human Resoures Department - Egypt
Missions/Main Duties :
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for various positions.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to source and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Maintain an organized database of candidates and track progress throughout the recruitment process.
  • Attend job fairs and networking events to promote the organization and attract talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and engagement.
Profile/Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcing Specialist or similar recruitment role.
  • In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent English level verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the railway & construction industries is a preferred.
  • Experience in ATS is a preferred.
