The main purpose of this role is to effectively lead, control and manage the Nestlé Professional sales team to achieve the business objectives, optimize the service levels and reach of CBS customers by controlling on daily basis the sales team operation, make sure that CBS machines are getting the minimum SE, while expanding P2P material placements, and coach and develop the team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Execute the activities which are under the Key Drivers in their country OMP. Ensure execution by conducting the DOR or WOR.
- Deliver on their targets and meet the set budgets, while track performance tend and take corrective actions for underperforming machines.
- Plan and track CAPEX and machines life cycle.
- Prepare the needed reports and communicate Beverage solution KPIs during business reviews (WOR, MOR), optimizing leads generation process via trade shows.
- Compliance to internal SOP's and processes and review policies annually to make sure they are still valid.
- Responsible for the TA’s planning cycle by efficiently driving the integration of trade assets into the Monthly Business Planning Cycle (MSR, MGR, MFR, MOR).
- Guarantee procurement, preparation, distribution, installation, withdrawal, maintenance, rebranding, custody and destruction processes to meet NP Beverage market execution plan and integrated commercial plan.
- Implement the Trade Assets Management Best Practices.
- Manage and track machines performance and take corrective actions.
- Responsible for machines placement, removal forecast accuracy vs the yearly and monthly plan by area.
What will make you successful…
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Electrical Engineering or any of the fields of Business (Administration, Marketing, Management).
- 1-3 years of experience in business operations, preferably in the Out of Home environment.
- Full proficiency in English language skills.
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills.
- Good Analytical skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-category and cross functional teams, sustaining a high-performance culture.
- Works well in a matrix organization with the ability to influence others.
- Excellent knowledge with Microsoft Office applications. Excel is a must.
- Knowledge with SAP is a plus.
