- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop training programs and webinars that align with organizational goals and objectives
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring that all necessary resources are available
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Assist in the development of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online modules
- Support the implementation of change management initiatives by providing training and support to employees
- Coordinate employee orientation programs to ensure new hires receive comprehensive onboarding
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management and learning and development
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in instructional design, program management, and data collection
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development principles and adult learning theories
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong research skills to stay current on industry trends and best practices
