Job Overview:
Invitro Capital is seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Developer with expertise in HTML, Word Press, Elementor, Creative Suite, and CSS to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing the visual elements of our websites. You will work closely with our graphic designer to update existing sites, create new pages, and enhance user experience through thoughtful design. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone.

Web Designer, Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling and user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, Java Script, and Word Press, ensuring brand consistency and a modern aesthetic.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and developers to create and update website elements, landing pages, and interactive features using tools like Elementor.
• Develop creative layouts and designs that align with the overall brand strategy, enhancing user experience and engagement.
• Ensure that all design elements are optimized for web performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Update and maintain websites regularly, including content updates, design refreshes, and adding new published material.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to create graphics and visual elements that enhance the overall site design.
• Work closely with marketing teams to design landing pages and digital assets that drive conversions and support marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, web technologies, and tools to continuously enhance the website's visual appeal and functionality.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on visually engaging websites.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Java Script, and Word Press, including experience with Elementor.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating web-ready graphics and visual elements.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and SEO best practices for web design.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and marketing teams.
• Keen eye for detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills in design and layout optimization.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using Figma for design collaboration, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Basic knowledge of Python for integrating design elements with backend functionality.
• Familiarity with Notion for content planning and project management.
• Understanding of PHP for Word Press customizations and design enhancements.
• Previous experience working in tech startups or fast-paced digital environments.
