Job Overview:
Invitro Capital is seeking a strategic and driven Product Manager to lead the development of Confider, our AI-driven marketplace Saa S platform designed to facilitate the buying and selling of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product vision, managing the entire product lifecycle, and ensuring our platform provides a seamless and efficient experience for business owners navigating complex transactions, leveraging AI to enhance decision-making and user experience.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone.

Product Manager, Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product vision and strategy for Confider, focusing on utilizing AI to streamline business transactions on our marketplace Saa S platform.
- Conduct in-depth market research and gather insights from potential users to understand their needs, pain points, and behaviors related to buying and selling businesses.
- Translate business objectives and user needs into clear product requirements, prioritizing features that leverage AI to enhance the user experience and simplify complex processes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to develop, test, and launch AI-driven features that align with our strategic goals.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to craft compelling go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product positioning and user acquisition.
- Manage and refine the product roadmap, balancing immediate tactical needs with long-term strategic priorities to drive product evolution.
- Analyze product performance, user feedback, and key metrics to continuously iterate and improve the platform, making it more user-friendly and effective for SMBs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies that could enhance Confider’s AI-driven capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within the Saa S, marketplace, or AI-driven technology sectors.
- Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, with a focus on user-centric design and strategic growth.
- Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, especially those related to business buying and selling processes.
- Experience in integrating AI technologies into product development to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex user needs into actionable product features.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on Saa S platforms for SMBs, marketplaces, or transaction-based products.
- Familiarity with AI applications in marketplace platforms or business services.
- Knowledge of the challenges SMBs face in business acquisitions, valuations, and sales processes.
- Ability to leverage data analytics to drive product decisions and improve user experience.
