The Corporate & Sustainability Advisory Team is a unit set to provide companies with bespoke financial advice to help them achieve their strategic goals. We advise Finland's largest and most complex corporates on capital structure, acquisition capacity, funding strategy, financial risks and sustainability.

Organisationally the Corporate & Sustainability Advisory team is placed in Sustainable Finance in Large Corporates & Institutions. You will quickly learn to analyse large and complex companies and gain broad exposure to different projects and sectors. To deliver tailormade strategic financial advisory to our clients we also work closely with various teams across Danske Bank. As an analyst you will interact with and learn from colleagues in Loan and Debt Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Foreign Exchange & Interest Rate Derivatives, Trade Finance and ESG risk. Further, our team collaborates with corresponding advisory teams across the Nordics, and you will be part of a pan-Nordic network of professionals in the bank.
In your role, you will:

• assume responsibility from day one, working with various financial modelling and analysis related to tasks in corporate, risk and sustainability advisory.
• collaborate with senior colleagues on projects and assist in gathering data, financial modelling, and preparing presentation materials.
• be responsible for critical tools and models we use for in-depth analysis, with the possibility to further develop and improve our setup.
work closely with experienced analysts and senior bankers. We emphasise a steep learning curve and prioritise continuous feedback to support development of your professional skills

Recently Graduated Candidate with Sound Analytical Skills


You most likely have an MSc in Finance, Economics or Engineering, but your degree could be well within another field – what matters is that you can demonstrate a sound academic track record combined with an analytical mindset and interest in sustainability. Previous experience from banking, Big 4, management consulting, corporate development/treasury or a similar field is beneficial.


Fluency in one of the Nordic languages and English is a requirement as we operate in an international environment. Additionally, competences in Excel and Power Point are a prerequisite.
