Volvo Car Finland is part of Europe region, one of three stand-alone regions within Volvo Cars globally. We work closely with our markets to know our customers and offer them the best possible experience.

We are the second most sold new car brand in Finland and the most sold electric car. We have also been elected as the most valued car brand in Finland for four years in a row from 2020 onwards.

At Volvo Car Finland you get to join our Business & Retailer Development team of 8 dedicated and highly skilled professionals, working to develop our business and retailers. You will be responsible for producing data-based analysis to support sales and development projects as well as developing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the retailer network to influence performance. We value involvement and collaboration and understand the importance of reaching out especially given our hybrid work model.

Business Analyst – this is what you’ll do
We are a flat organization with a can-do attitude, and we act as a strong team to enable the business to be successful. We take responsibility not only for our own areas but for cross-collaboration.



You will be part of our national sales company and work closely with your colleagues inhouse, in our Europe region and last, but not least, our retailers, and thereby get introduced to several projects enabling our transformation.

We’re looking for you!
Your job will involve balancing multiple stakeholders so we expect that you are a strong collaborator, who can manage both external and internal stakeholders. You understand the importance of not only managing the projects but also getting your hands dirty, hence we would like you to have a structured approach and the ability to follow up and follow through. You can work independently, which is important since we have introduced hybrid work. You are passionate about helping people and working collaboratively with a positive attitude. You can stay calm under pressure with an organized nature and strong attention to detail.

You have good financial awareness and are used to focusing on business figures to analyze the performance. We highly value your skills in working with data and providing analyses based on the data together with recommendations on actions. You master verbal and written communication in Finnish as well as English to work intensively together on a professional level with both external and internal stakeholders.



If you have previously worked in the automotive industry that is an advantage, but we would just as much like to hear from you if you are simply attracted by the truly exciting journey we are on.
