You Will:

Report to the Sales Director of Software Quality Solutions Business
Identify and drive partnerships and indirect sales opportunities to expand awareness of Software Quality Solutions offerings by Qt.
Develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies that resonate within target markets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential growth areas.
Organize and participate in events to promote Qt's Software Quality Solutions.
Negotiate agreements with partners, technology providers, system integrators, and resellers as necessary.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including R&D, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Legal departments to align on strategy and execution.
Understand both software testing and software development market tools and trends

About You:

Proven experience in business development or sales within the software industry, preferably with a focus on quality solutions or software testing.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing processes.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to build relationships with partners and clients.
Analytical mindset with experience in market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cross-functional team, balancing multiple priorities.
A proactive and innovative approach to identifying new business opportunities and creating sales strategies.
