- Report to the Sales Director of Software Quality Solutions Business
- Identify and drive partnerships and indirect sales opportunities to expand awareness of Software Quality Solutions offerings by Qt.
- Develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies that resonate within target markets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential growth areas.
- Organize and participate in events to promote Qt's Software Quality Solutions.
- Negotiate agreements with partners, technology providers, system integrators, and resellers as necessary.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including R&D, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Legal departments to align on strategy and execution.
- Understand both software testing and software development market tools and trends
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the software industry, preferably with a focus on quality solutions or software testing.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing processes.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to build relationships with partners and clients.
- Analytical mindset with experience in market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cross-functional team, balancing multiple priorities.
- A proactive and innovative approach to identifying new business opportunities and creating sales strategies.
