SEB Kort Bank AB is a fully owned subsidiary of SEB. We offer credit cards and other payment solutions and services to both businesses and consumers. Corporate Support is a truly Nordic team within SEB Kort located in all four countries and is a part of the Corporate Customer Services unit. Our main responsibilities are to handle inquiries and tasks from our corporate customers and sales team daily.

About the role

As a Corporate Support Specialist your main responsibility will be to handle inquiries and tasks from our corporate customers and sales daily. An important part of the responsibility is ensuring that our corporate customers have an optimal set-up of their agreement and to solve customer pain points. You will mainly be in contact with customers by phone and e-mail but may participate in customer meeting by teams or physically.

You may be involved in initiatives related to development and improvements in the corporate customer chain and process. You will be a part of a team that serves and supports our corporate customers and sales across countries. You will get the possibility to develop in a team where engagement, initiatives and co-operation is a key! We will help you grow and empower you to take on more responsibility to create a real difference.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have

The ability to be structured, efficient, customer focused and trustworthy. You work independently and co-operation with other colleagues is natural for you.
Experience from working with customers, you are service minded and have great communication skills and fluency in English and Finnish.
The ability to understand customers’ needs and proactively propose solutions that are beneficial for the customer as well as SEB Kort internally.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership.
