About the role

Investor Services Banks is part of the Division Large Corporates and Financial Institutions, where SEB offers services to financial institutions with product range that includes Global custody, Sub custody, Cash clearing, Collateral management, Derivatives clearing, Risk and Valuation services as well as Depositary services.

As a Market Specialist, you will collaborate with our Nordic Sub Custody team to support international investment banks, global custodians and broker dealers globally. You will have continuous dialogue with our clients and market participants in the Finnish market. Acting as local contact person for clients, you will ensure they receive superior service. You will also drive and develop the Sub Custody after-sales relationship with our clients and coordinate their business both within SEB and with the Finnish securities market.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both English and Finnish.
Attention to detail, a sense of ownership, a drive to find opportunities for improvement and strong capability of prioritizing work in a structured manner in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for delivering excellent client experiences while being client- and solution oriented.
At least a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. Additionally, you have knowledge of the Finnish securities market infrastructure and current market practices, along with competence in taxation and/or regulatory matters. Experience in elective corporate actions is a benefit.
