YOUR ROLE
Are you willing to quickly expand your Finance knowledge in a dynamic and international financial controlling team and within a fast growing & client-orientated company?
If so, you might be the Finance intern that Edenred Finland is looking for in the finance department for a 12-month period, starting in September 2024.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be a key support to the finance team and you will learn a lot working closely with other departments. The communication with both internal and external customers as well as ad-hoc analysis will allow you to be involved in day-to-day business operations. You will also learn to use CRM and Accounting system which are commonly used applications in Finance.
Your main areas of focus will be:

Account payables: on daily basis, you will prepare the incoming invoices for their approbation by the requestors, allocating the costs to the right accounts & costs centres

Answer to clients' & merchants' requests related to finance (invoices, credit notes, etc.)

Several reconciliations between accounting system (Navision), CRM (Sales Force) and Middle-Office application.

Reconciliation of payments
-
Manage the accesses to our different finance tools

Additionally, you could be involved in any ad-hoc analysis needed by the Finance team or the Chief Financial Officer related to financial reporting, cost analysis & budget

YOUR PROFILE
You will excel in this role if you are/have:

Strong attention to accuracy and detail
-
Willing to learn and help, to be flexible, energetic and proactive team player

Advanced Excel skills
-
Studying finance or accounting (Bachelor's or Master's degree)

Work experience in finance or accounting is a plus
