YOUR ROLE

The types of things your tasks as marketing coordinator include for example:

Email marketing: setting up emails in our emailing tool and sending them out especially for user communication

Social media posts: creating copies, images and videos to post in our social media channels such as Instagram and Facebook

Copywriting & content creation: newsletters, offers, website, mobile application, social media, blog posts etc. in Finnish and English

Graphic design: photo editing, creating layouts from existing templates
We offer you the opportunity to get hands-on in many areas of marketing based on your interests: from copywriting and graphic design to working on campaigns in our various channels – the projects you will work on will depend to a large degree on your skills, experience and interests.
YOUR PROFILE
You should excel in this role if you:
-
Have completed some studies in Marketing or other relevant field
-
Are open-minded with a can-do attitude
-
Are reliable and can work independently on tasks
-
Are tech-savvy: have experience using software and are willing to learn how to use new tools
-
Are a team player: are used to working on projects as part of a team
-
Are fluent in both Finnish and English, both spoken and written
-
Have experience with Microsoft Office tools
-
All experience with marketing tools is considered a plus

EXPECTED START DATE
We will fill the position as soon as the right candidate is found – so apply early!
We wish the starting date to be as soon as possible. More important than some certain starting date, is to find the right person with can-do attitude for the team.

We are currently working in a hybrid mode, but for onboarding you need to be prepared to be physically at our office in Vallila, Helsinki. You will get an onboarding to both your own role and overall to our company’s business. In our daily life we use both Finnish and English, and in this role especially it is important to have fluent skills in both languages.
The Edenred Finland team is roughly 70 people strong and, in this role, you will be part of our marketing team of 5 people. You will work closely with the whole marketing team and cross-functionally with sales, product development and customer care.
