Role description
This position is about leading and developing Volvo CEs site solution business for market Finland. As a business leader you will have P/L responsibility for the Site Solutions business. Consultancy, Training, Digital Services and Pay for use (as a service) concepts are included in the solutions portfolio. Further as a leader you will have the following responsibilities:

We expect you to have 10 plus years of experience from complex sales and capability to develop long term business relations. Further we see a leader without authority and prestige and a connector and collaborator with people and teams across the organization.

Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet site solution business results and growth targets. - Build and lead a team that performs according to set business targets.
- Provide leadership to achieve high employee engagement and a high-performance culture to build organizational capabilities.
- Manage relationships with customers, understanding their specific needs, and providing value adding site solutions.
Site Solutions Contribute will contribute to:
- Volvo CE’s site solution business strategy
- Business performance in market Finland
- Volvo CE’s transformation ambitions
