Job Title: Lead Engineer, Software, and Advanced People Flow Solutions
As a Lead Engineer, Software and Advanced People flow, you will work mainly with following topics
- Understanding the customer needs and translating them to specifications
- Working closely with our development teams and supporting them in the execution
- Working as part of cross-functional customer project teams, and supporting stakeholders throughout the delivery phase
- Bringing and prioritizing the identified customer needs to client's R&D
- Managing the quality of customer specific solutions throughout the customer projects
- Providing trainings and supporting other engineering teams with your expertise
- Understanding client's offering and limitations
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent area
- 5+ years of technical background in software or electrical engineering
- Self-driven team player with good collaboration, networking and influencing skills
- Problem solving skills and ability to make informed decisions
- Customer orientation and innovation skills
- Good skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of Software and Electrical engineering tools
- Expertise in Software development or in Electrical engineering
- Knowledge of manufacturing and operational processes
- Understanding of elevator system and sub-systems
- Experience of Lean, Six sigma and Agile practices and ways of working
