Join our Brand and Marketing team as a Marketing Manager, B2B!
Are you a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for driving business growth and a stronger brand? Do you excel at developing and executing marketing initiatives at both a strategic and tactical level and enjoy working with many stakeholders, also across the countries?
As a Marketing Manager, you will have a great opportunity to be part of our journey towards a modern delivery and fulfilment company serving customers in Finland, Sweden and the Baltics. You will play a pivotal role in developing marketing in Posti and strengthening cross-functional collaboration. You plan and execute impactful marketing activities in alignment with the Group brand strategy, marketing strategy and concepts.
In this role, you will:
- Have a great opportunity to contribute to Posti’s marketing strategy, planning and results that will shape our overall success.
- Create an actionable marketing plan aimed at B2B decision-makers to support Posti’s business targets and brand image.
- Effectively implement the planned marketing activities across the customer lifecycle.
- Ideate and implement inspiring and engaging content that resonates with the target audience and from time to time also creates buzz among the entire industry.
- Define and own the metrics and KPIs related to marketing performance.
- Regularly track, analyze, and share results of activities to relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively develop the marketing mix and ways of working for maximum impact and efficiency.
- Look for synergies between B2B and B2C marketing and in different markets.
- Actively collaborate with other functional teams and business units to ensure marketing activities support business objectives and are aligned with other initiatives.
We hope that you have:
- Strong experience in B2B marketing and activities throughout the customer life cycle. (e.g. campaigns, content and digital marketing, events).
- Hands-on and results-driven attitude towards making things happen.
- A proven track record of successful brand and product marketing.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset and the ability to set relevant KPIs and optimize based on continuous monitoring.
- Experience in utilizing modern CRM and Marketing Automation technologies and methods such as ABM for engagement and cross-selling.
- Experience in international business, preferably in the Nordics and/or Baltics.
- The ability to work smoothly with different internal and external stakeholders in different countries.
- Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English, Swedish is an advantage.
