Network Reliability Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Network Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor and maintain network performance, resolving issues to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support for network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Incident Management: Manage network incidents, including diagnosis, escalation, and service restoration.
- System Upgrades and Patches: Implement network upgrades, patches, and configuration changes for performance and security.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, processes, and incident reports.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams on network projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Experience in network administration or a similar role
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools and technologies
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and security appliances (firewalls, VPNs)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Fluent in Finnish and English with excellent communication skills
