We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Reliability mastermind to join our support team in the Uusimaa region of Finland. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in EV network infrastructure and reliability, combined with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach. This role focuses on ensuring the robustness and efficiency of our network systems, providing top-tier support, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

• Network Monitoring and Maintenance : Monitor and maintain network performance, resolving issues to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting and Support : Provide technical support for network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Incident Management : Manage network incidents, including diagnosis, escalation, and service restoration.
• System Upgrades and Patches : Implement network upgrades, patches, and configuration changes for performance and security.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, processes, and incident reports.
• Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams on network projects and initiatives.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Experience in network administration or a similar role
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools and technologies
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and security appliances (firewalls, VPNs)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
Fluent in Finnish and English with excellent communication skills
