We are seeking a highly self-driven Sustainability Manager who is familiar with all EU Directive reporting requirements, including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and EU Taxonomy. The ideal candidate will excel in working under tight deadlines, preparing high-quality presentations, and staying current with both existing and emerging Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all EU Directive reporting requirements, including CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and other relevant regulations.
• Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting sustainability efforts and achievements.
• Monitor and analyze current and future ESG trends and requirements to keep the company ahead in sustainability practices.
• Lead the preparation of the annual sustainability report, including comprehensive footprint and handprint calculations, and collaborate with the finance team to ensure reports meet CSRD guidelines.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into all aspects of business operations and represent the company in sustainability forums and industry groups to stay informed about best practices and regulatory changes.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in sustainability management, with experience in a Saa S company or the EV charging business being a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of EU Directive reporting requirements, including CSRD and EU Taxonomy.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret ESG trends and data, and proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and excellent proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
