Wind and Solar power has a key role in Fortum’s strategy to drive decarbonisation and clean energy demand growth in Nordics. In Fortum’s Wind and Solar Business, we are at the forefront of developing and constructing cutting-edge wind and solar projects to fuel the growth.
About the role
Wind & Solar IT&PMO (Project Management Office) team creates organizational efficiency and competitive advantage for the business by implementing and continuously improving industry leading digital tools, core business processes and ways of working.
We are looking for a PMO Coordinator to join the Team. In this vital position you contribute to success of Wind & Solar business by driving the development of core business processes, ways of working and digital tools. You also support Strategy team in selected areas which gives you a different and very interesting view to Wind & Solar business. As a member of IT&PMO team, you have an important role in shaping the future of PMO function.
Main responsibility areas include
- Continuous development of core business processes, ways of working and tools in close co-operation with business stakeholders. Supporting implementation of improvements.

Identifying, evaluating and adopting new methods and tools for business processes modelling and development.

Management and development of portfolio, project and document management tools and ways of using the tools based on end-user needs/requirements or new digital technologies as enablers.

Strategy implementation follow-up reporting, competitive analysis and coordination of participation in associations and fairs.

Experience on project management, business process management, continuous development or business strategy

University degree in relevant field, such as business administration, renewable energy or similar

Good commercial and technical understanding

Good change management skills

Good knowledge within the Office Tools, such as Excel and Visio

Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language skills, especially Finnish or Swedish, are highly valued
