As we continue to grow rapidly, fueled by innovation and a commitment to excellence, we are looking for a new Product Marketing Manager to enhance our dynamic marketing team and spearhead our product marketing based in Finland or Sweden.

Role Overview

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the bridge between our product, sales, and marketing teams. You be heavily involved in the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and messaging, ensuring our product’s value is clearly communicated to our target audience. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact in a high-growth environment. Visiting our Stockholm, Sweden, or Espoo, Finland office is required on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature enhancements
• Create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target customers
• Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to develop sales enablement materials
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies
• Drive customer acquisition and engagement through targeted campaigns and product education
• Analyze product performance and campaign effectiveness, refining strategies for optimal impact

Who You Are

• Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in a Saa S or tech environment
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and customer segmentation
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, engaging messages
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to optimize marketing strategies
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
• A passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-first mentality
• Fluency in English, with outstanding verbal and written skills.
• Living in Sweden or Finland with a requirement to visit our Stockholm or Espoo office on a weekly basis.

Additional Information

• You will report to the Chief Marketing officer based in the Stockholm office.
• The role will be filled as soon as the right person is found.
• The role is a full-time permanent position.
• Our recruitment process includes four to five discussions (digital and live). You will meet at least our recruiter, CMO, and marketing team member to ensure a smooth and informative process. Reference checks are included in our process.
