As a Sales Account Manager at Grade Finland, you will:
Have the opportunity to sell the Nordic region's leading product mix for the entire employee journey, from recruitment systems and digital reference checking to talent management systems. Together with experienced sales professional teams in Finland, Sweden and Norway, you'll have the chance to help new and existing customers with systems that simplify their work with the employee journey. You will also receive:A fixed monthly salary along with a generous bonus structure (no limits )

- Has experience in B2B sales, preferably within Saa S.
- Is somewhat "tech-savvy" and pedagogical, able to translate features into value in a simple way for our customers.
- Works proactively to maintain good relationships with our potential and existing customers.
- Has strong engagement and a drive to achieve results.
