Your Work at Qt
As a Senior P&C Lead, you will:
- Collaborate with regional Vice Presidents to design effective business processes and organizational structures, ensuring that P&C plays a pivotal role in decision-making.
- Provide insightful guidance and consultation to both managers and employees, actively listening to their needs, and fostering effective communication channels that promote transparency and trust.
- Leverage your expertise in data, labor laws, and policies to support managers' decisions and optimize team dynamics.
- Partner proactively with business leaders and the P&C team to streamline key processes such as recruitment planning, succession strategy, talent rotation, learning initiatives, and performance management.
- Champion employee engagement efforts, coordinating and executing plans that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Design and implement comprehensive training and development programs that enable our workforce to flourish and address critical skills required for our business strategy.
- Lead the preparation of operational plans and budgets, ensuring resource optimization aligned with our goals.
- Collaborate closely with management, P&C colleagues, and external partners to bring fresh perspectives and innovations to our P&C practices.
What You Bring to the Table:
- You have background in global, multicultural growth environments, preferably working hand in hand with sales organization.
- Strong business acumen: The ability to craft P&C solutions that align seamlessly with business strategies and effectively contribute to the leadership team's objectives.
- Exceptional communication skills: Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and engage with all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing and supporting remote teams is a valuable asset.
Your Strengths:
- Comprehensive knowledge of P&C best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching abilities, with proficiency in English.
- Results-oriented with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to navigate complex problems.
