We are now looking for trainees to assist in our strategic sustainability consulting projects!
In this role, you work alongside our consultants in various client projects, collaborating with and getting support from your colleagues. Your tasks may include e.g.

We are now looking for trainees to assist in our strategic sustainability consulting projects!
In this role, you work alongside our consultants in various client projects, collaborating with and getting support from your colleagues. Your tasks may include e.g.
- participating in CSRD related consulting work by conducting e.g. double materiality assessments with our clients,
- creating market analyses for clients in energy and industry,
- helping our clients communicate their sustainability actions, impact and targets in a way that stands out, differentiates, and builds competitive edge,
- calculating greenhouse gas emissions and carbon footprint for our customer organizations,
- helping our customers in formulating thematic sustainability strategies in climate, biodiversity, energy or circularity,
- participating in sales work, and
- participating in our internal development work.
Go ahead and apply, if you
- have a Bachelor’s degree or a higher academic degree in business administration, economics, energy engineering, industrial engineering or similar field,
- have excellent skills in Excel and Power Point,
- are fluent in English (proficiency in Finnish or Swedish is considered an advantage),
- actively want to develop your competence in sustainability management consultancy,
- are striving to work independently (not alone!) and like to work in teams,
- have a positive and constructive approach when faced with changes and new challenges,
- seek support when you need it,
- have exhibited creative and strategic thinking as well as analytical skills, and
- see opportunities instead of obstacles and want to create real impact in the world.
