• GLI expenses controlling : prepare France GLI budgets and forecasts and compare to actual and report to GLI manager in France on headcount, Opex and Capex;
• Ensures completeness and accuracy of accounting positions of the division (accruals, invoice booking in right account and cost center);
• Analysis and controlling of wages and headcounts with the support of the HR team;
• Being the privileged interlocutor for financial matters of the management and operational staff of GLI;
• Investment monitoring (CAPEX), and ensure the completeness of investments procurement documentation;
• Validation of the SAP Purchase Order Request and the invoice of the GLI Direction Cost Center and ensuring up to date validation workflow;
• Contribute to transversal projects of the finance function, maintain mapping between systems (Atome, SAP, CARS);
• Development of existing reports or development of processes with the purpose of simplification and optimization.
