Business Development Manager - French Market (LED display)

To support our Pro AV sales team, we are seeking a new, full-time Business Development Manager (French Market) to manage and grow our relationships with channel partners and clients. The key market segments for this role, as defined by Absen, include meeting rooms, auditoriums, lobbies, control rooms, cinemas, retail chains, shopping malls, and other fixed installation projects primarily focused on data visualization and commercial LED displays. (Fully Remote)
* This position is offered under a consultancy contract, which will be signed with Absen Hong Kong. Please note that our company does not provide payroll support in France and is unable to process tax or social security contributions support. You will be responsible for managing your own tax and social security arrangements.
Business Development Manager for Pro AV French Markets (fulltime, m/w/d)
Your Responsibilities:
  • Complete the regional or customer sales target, independently develop new integrator customers, and increase product sales scope and market share.
  • Manage and expand existing client relationships while acquiring new customers within a dedicated sales territory.
  • Develop and execute business strategies for target markets, identifying additional business opportunities.
  • Maintain active and regular communication with clients and partners.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Represent the company at seminars, trade shows, and conferences to increase visibility.
  • Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback to headquarters, and manage communication throughout the project execution.
  • Prepare monthly activity reports and quarterly industry reports.
Your Profile:
  • A completed commercial apprenticeship, a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing or project management, ideally within the Pro AV industry.
  • Strong interest in keeping up with new trends and technologies in the LED industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset, along with strong resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Native-level French and excellent English skills.
  • Must possess a valid work permit.
