Corporate Insurance Specialist (m/f/d)

As a Corporate Insurance Specialist (m/f/d) at SGB-SMIT in the Finance department, you will be responsible for the effective administration of global insurance contracts.
Your tasks will include:

• Administration of global insurance contracts, including invoice verification, follow-up of contractual obligations and submission of risk data for annual renewal.
  
• Claims management in close cooperation with our insurance broker and internal departments.
  
• Advising internal departments on insurance related issues to ensure all departments are well informed.
  
• Reviewing insurance-related requirements for customer orders to ensure that all risks are adequately covered.
  
General documentation and correspondence between internal departments and our insurance broker, insurers and surveyors to ensure a smooth flow of information.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training as a business administrator or ideally a specialist in insurance and finance or comparable qualification
  
• Initial experience in the field of corporate insurance in an industrial or commercial environment desirable
  
• Confident handling of MS Office and good SAP knowledge an advantage
  
• Strong self-organized and communicative way of working paired with high quality awareness
  
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
