Global Project Manager PMO (m/f/d)

As a Global Project Manager PMO at SGB-SMIT in the Operational Excellence department, you will be responsible for the continuous development of project management standards, methodologies and processes. You will identify opportunities for process improvement and business opportunities to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our projects.

• Strategic planning of initiatives with all sites within our plant network
  
• Lead and execute strategic and hands-on projects with cross-cultural teams across multiple sites
  
Ensure effective teamwork based on a shared understanding of objectives, opportunities and obstacles within a given framework

Your profile:

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification.
  
• Strong leadership skills and strong knowledge of the decision-making process.
  
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams preferred.
  
• Experience in project management and transformer business an advantage.
  
• Strong communication skills.
  
• Experience in conflict and escalation management
  
• Confident use of planning tools and MS Office.
  
• Very good written and spoken English and German.
  
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
