CRM Specialist (m/f/d)

The GLOBALG.A.P. brand is owned and operated by Food PLUS Gmb H; a limited liability company registered in Cologne, Germany. Food PLUS Gmb H is responsible for managing the GLOBALG.A.P. portfolio of smart farm assurance solutions and the related day-to-day operations – from standard setting and certification management to integrity and marketing. Food PLUS Gmb H also serves as the legal entity holding the international copyrights for the GLOBALG.A.P. brand and the GGN consumer label which stands for certified, responsible farming and transparency.

We are looking for a CRM Specialist (m/f/d) in full-time (39 h/week) to start immediately.
What you will do:
  • Take primary responsibility for the entire marketing area within our CRM system, working closely with the sales team
  • Design and implement creative, data-driven email marketing strategies of the future
  • Understand the needs of the various specialist departments to coordinate customized technical CRM solutions that inspire, including performance analysis
  • Train and support the entire team to realize the full potential of the CRM system
  • Monitor data quality and implement targeted measures to ensure data integrity
  • Evaluate new technologies and trends in the CRM environment to keep our system up to date
What we are looking for:
  • Studies in marketing, communications, or equivalent
  • Sound knowledge and min. 2 years of practical experience in the application, further development and optimization of CRM systems, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience in project management, especially in CRM implementation and rollout projects
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to communicate technical topics in an understandable way
  • English C1 level
