Freelance Consultant, Service Now services

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Implementation of Service Now system applications and development of functionalities, including (configuration work, configuration and scripting (javascript, html, css), unit testing and support for customer testing, documentation, and deployment)

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE INCLUDE:
  • Enjoyment of customer-centric work and helping customers succeed
  • Excellent English proficiency
  • Native or excellent proficiency in German.
  • Residence in Germany
  • Results-oriented Team player with a positive attitude
  • At least one year of experience in technical roles for service management or identity management system deployment tasks (such as Service Now, Sail Point, Efecte, BMC, or Microfocus)
  • Proficiency in Java Script
