Join us as an IT Compliance Manager (m/f/d) in our Digital Workplace team on a shared journey that matters!

What you will do

• Participate in risk assessments to identify security and compliance threats.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure Saa S tools follow data compliance and security best practices.
• Conduct employee info-sessions on security policies and responsibilities.
• Participate in internal and external IT audits.
• Evaluate new Saa S requests based on compliance requirements and recommend alternatives to avoid tool duplication.
• Identify critical IT assets and develop the business continuity plan for Digital Workplace services.
• Collaborate closely with Cybersecurity, Information Security, Data Protection, and Compliance teams.

What will help you to fulfill your role

• 3+ years in IT administration, security, or compliance.
• Experience with Okta, Mac OS, JAMF, M365, Atlassian suite, or Miro.
• Having conducted IT audits with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data protection best practices.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices (SSO, MFA, Zero Trust).
• Strong prioritization and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication in English and German.
• Experience in writing and maintaining end-user documentation and training.
• ISO 27001 implementation experience is a plus.
