Wir suchen dich ab sofort als Office Manager (m/w/d) in unserem Office Management Team in Hamburg, um gemeinsam unterwegs zu sein, für das was zählt.
Das Office Management ist Herz und Seele unseres MOIA-Büros in Hamburg. Unsere Office Manager sind Allrounder, Gastgeber, Koordinatoren, Kulturträger und agieren Hands-on. Sie stehen allen Mitarbeitenden als erste Ansprechpartner*innen zur Verfügung. Sie stellen eine schöne Arbeitsatmosphäre her und sorgen dafür, dass unsere Räume ordentlich und einladend sind. Sie planen und unterstützen Events, koordinieren Termine mit Dienstleister*innen und bestellen das leckerste Catering.
Wobei du uns unterstützen kannst
  • Allgemeine Büroorganisation inkl. Bestellungen aufgeben und annehmen
  • Eventbegleitung bei unseren diversen Unternehmensveranstaltungen
  • Ansprechpartner*in für Mitarbeiter*innen & Empfang unserer Gäste
  • Administrative Aufgaben erledigen (Microsoft Outlook, Forms, etc.)
  • Entlastung für übergeordnete Themen wie Brandschutz, Sicherheit, Umweltpolicy, Versicherungen, Gebäudemanagement
  • Für Sauberkeit in den Küchen und im Büro sorgen
  • Sonstige Ad-hoc Aufgaben und Projekte
Was dir helfen wird, deine Rolle einzunehmen
  • Spaß an einem serviceorientierten Job in einem agilen Umfeld
  • Einige Erfahrung im Bereich Office Management, Gastro, Hospitality, oder Service
  • Kommunikationsstark und sicher in der internen & externen Korrespondenz
  • Fließend in Deutsch und gute Kenntnisse in Englisch
  • Lust auf eine internationale, offene Arbeitskultur
  • Digitale Affinität
