- These activities include but are not limited to: Production, Logistics, Warehouse, Accounting, Purchasing, Employee recruitment and Training, Facilities Safety, and maintain a comfortable working environment, etc.
- Presents the regular reports to the General Manager.
- Responsible for document & file management of the company, and submit them to headquarter for review and backup.
- Monitor and control expenses and reduce the company's operation cost if possible.
- Trouble shooting according to customer feedback for ultrasound products.
- Performs maintenance and repairs for ultrasound products according to training.
- Answer calls and emails from customers and respond accordingly.
- Provide professional technique support to customers, eg. product-related questions.
- Keep records of product repairs, customer calls and follow-ups.
3+ years management or service experience
May be required overtime when necessary.
