YOUR TASKS
- You will support and advise a PAYBACK partner to actively develop the program further
- You are responsible for the development, organization, and implementation of training and educational measures, which you successfully carry out both on-site at our retail partner and online
- Based on created reports, you derive meaningful recommendations for action and present the content in convincing presentations
- You independently manage projects and develop concepts to increase employee motivation
YOUR PROFILE
- You are open and communicative and enjoy interacting with partners and their employees
- You have excellent presentation skills and Power Point knowledge, as well as strong organizational talent and project management skills
- You have a Class B driver’s license and are willing to travel frequently (about 50 days per year, nationwide)
- A completed university degree in business administration is desirable, alternatively, you have completed commercial training and professional experience in retail
- You have good knowledge in conducting training sessions
- Additionally, you are curious, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about new topics
