The Medtronic Neurovascular business is top 5 strategic priority for the Medtronic enterprise, growing double digit, with a strong portfolio & an exciting innovation pipeline. In this role you will be reporting directly to the Senior Business Manager DACH.

This role will cover Germany and is a remote role. This means your home/remote location is the primary work location. There may however be requirements to attend a Medtronic location for meetings from time to time.
There is a facility-based immunization requirement for this position. Therefore, full Measles immunization is a requirement to fill the open position.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Achieve & strive to exceed revenue, margin and profitability objectives, as well as delivering expected profit results by balancing revenue generation & expense management
• Recruit, hire, train, develop & manage a national team. Actively coach direct reports to meet annual objectives through the development of competent business skills, product knowledge and market development in collaboration with cross functional departments on national and European level
• Lead regional opportunity development & opportunity management strategies and activities that translate into accurate monthly, quarterly and annual projections
• Collaborate across key internal stakeholder groups to identify and address trends & support business goals and strategy. Work closely with Group Purchasing Organizations, Strategic Account and Enterprise Account Management local requirements, strategy and tactics are seamlessly integrated and drive business through synergy
• Achieve customer satisfaction for products & services. Ensure all regulatory and product specific guidelines are met

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or similar work experience
• Fluent in German and English spoken and written
• Minimum 5 -10 years relevant experience with a proven track record in overachieving commercial targets
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills and excellent business acumen
• Experience in effectively presenting information and responding to questions from various internal and external stakeholders with a sense of urgency and prioritization
• In depth knowledge and experience working within the German healthcare system
• Ability to travel across the region for customer engagement events and business meetings (>50%). Travel outside Germany on occasion (10%)
• Extensive experience in building and developing high performance teams
