YOUR MISSION:

As a Working Student CFO/COO Office (f/m/d)*, you will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication, streamlining coordination, and maintaining organization, enabling our CFO/COO, Tino to focus on strategic tasks.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Strategic Time Management and Optimization: Collaborate closely with Tino to craft a smart scheduling strategy that maximizes productivity and ensures he is prepared for high-impact meetings and decisions.
• Insightful Meeting Participation: Join high-level meetings alongside Tino, taking minutes, capturing critical action items, and gaining exposure to strategic decision-making processes.
• Dynamic Communication Management: Play a key role in managing communication channels, such as email and Slack, ensuring streamlined and effective interaction between the leadership team and the rest of the organization.
• Financial Oversight and Expense Strategy: Engage in the management of expense reports and financial records, developing an understanding of financial operations.
• Strategic Initiatives: Take charge of special projects, like organizing leadership offsites and building strategic presentations.

Our Tech-stack:

GSuite, Office Software, Finway, Navan

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Currently enrolled in a Master's Degree in Business Management or related field.
• You can work 15-20 hours per week and able to join us for at least 8 months.
• Experience in administrative support or operations roles.
• Proficiency in GSuite, Google Calendar, and other office software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Fluency in English. German is a plus

NICE TO HAVE:

• Previous experience in administrative or support roles, particularly in high-growth or dynamic environments.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and the ability to assist with project coordination.
