Our Omnichannel retail, in Greece and Cyprus, is the love brand Public, a Leading Omnichannel Home Living, Tech & Entertainment Retailer with long lasting heritage. Innovation is part of our DNA. Through our ecosystem of startups and organizations, - i Repair, Klarna, Douleutaras.gr, SVUUM, Bookvoice, BOX NOW, Instacar, our tech Public NEXT, Endeavour, Big PI, Metavallon, & Venture Friends - we offer pioneer services to our consumers. We operate 60 stores, 3 e Shops and an ecosystem of digital properties such as: public ticketing, public business and bookfriends.gr.
We are looking for a Customer Orders Fulfillment Specialist to join our Supply Chain Team. The role is responsible for managing orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery. It involves resolving issues, handling pre-orders, and optimizing customer proposals. Additionally, it requires data analysis and decision-making to improve KPIs.

Key responsibilities:
- Coordination and communication with vendors / suppliers and the warehouse, regarding the process and the completion of the electronic orders
- Management of all orders delivered thr suppliers
- Solve order processing problems in the best way
- Communication with Product Managers regarding the delivery promise for On Demand Products
- Pre-orders management
- Coordination with Contact Center and Stores regarding product proposols to customers
- Collection - Data analysis and reporting
- Data analysis and immediate decision making for daily optimization of kpis
Requirements:
- AEI or TEI degree
- Previous related experience
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (Analytical skills, Creating Reports)
- Experience in online customer orders (Fulfillment flows)
- Excellent communication skills
- Data analysis and decision-making skills
- Strong team spirit, initiative, and enthusiasm for the best result
- Knowledge of SAP, is considered as a plus
