Artwork Coordinator

The Role:
We’re seeking a methodical and detail-focussed Artwork Coordinator to take responsibility for initiating, managing and expediting our product packaging artwork processes, ensuring projects are completed and approved to deadline and compliant with company procedures and industry guidelines. Working to clearly prepared briefs, you’ll work closely with our Artwork team to produce or amend requested packaging files and control changes within our company systems to ensure all details remain version controlled, accurate and easy to locate.
To ensure a high level of accuracy in your work, you’ll proofread artwork against your given brief, work with proofreaders across the business to ensure consistent processes are maintained and gain documented approval of files. Being the first point of contact for artwork queries, you’ll communicate regularly with key stakeholders across the business, including Intas in relation to artwork availability for the introduction of new products. To support the smooth running of the department, you’ll ensure every artwork project is documented and regularly updated in our Management System from initiation to implementation, investigating any quality issues and creating plans for improvement to ensure artwork compliance and process efficiency at all stages.
The Person:
· Previous experience in a similar responsible coordination role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
· Good understanding of European Regulatory requirements.
· Strong organisation skills, able to manage multiple tasks to deadline, in a busy and changeable work environment, whilst maintain a good eye for detail.
· Excellent communication skills (in written and spoken English), able to liaise with all levels of authority appropriately and navigate cultural differences with ease.
· Good problem solver, able to think on your feet with incomplete information.
· Naturally curious, keen to learn and process-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset.
· Able to work on own initiative, but also as part of a collaborative team.
· Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
· Degree level qualification in a relevant subject
