Overview:
Chubb is looking for an Associate IT Business Analyst Trainee to join our team. You will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding objectives for clients’ engagements, aligning your own work to objectives, and setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for own and team results.

Responsibilities:
- Be the mastermind behind our company's technological transformation. Analyze business data and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with our team of developers, designers, and project managers to turn our wildest tech dreams into reality and develop innovative solutions.
- Understand how business functions operate and analyze business processes to identify bottlenecks and problems.
- Produce high-quality work products (such as user requirements, functional specifications, user stories, user manuals, UAT scenarios)
- Develop and implement test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on project status, issues, and risks.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Guru of project and software lifecycles, with an understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and tools
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
- Ability to think in an unexpected way and come up with creative solutions.
- A lover of spreadsheets and passionate about tools like Jira, Trello etc.
- Strong communications skills with the ability to cooperate with both executives and technical staff in Greek and English
