The B2C Sales Coach is responsible for improving sales performance in inbound customer service and remote video sales teams through comprehensive training, personalized coaching, and process optimization. This role involves developing training programs, analyzing sales metrics, and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance sales techniques and efficiency. The coach fosters a motivating work environment, supports continuous improvement, and ensures alignment with business objectives.. Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

• 
  Training and Development:

o Conduct comprehensive training sessions to enhance sales techniques and strategies for both inbound customer service and remote video sales teams.
o Develop and implement training programs that address specific sales skills, product knowledge, and customer interaction techniques.
o Provide ongoing training and development to ensure continuous improvement in sales performance.

• Performance Coaching:

o Offer one-on-one coaching to identify individual strengths and areas for improvement.
o Develop personalized coaching plans to address performance gaps and enhance sales skills.
o Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of coaching interventions and adjust strategies as needed.

• Sales Process Optimization:

o Implement best practices and standardized sales processes to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
o Collaborate with team leaders to identify and remove obstacles to sales performance.
o Ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business goals and objectives.

• Sales Metrics and Analysis:

o Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track performance and identify trends.
o Use data-driven insights to develop and implement strategies for improving sales results.
o Provide regular reports and feedback to management on sales performance and coaching outcomes.

• Motivation and Support:

o Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
o Recognize and reward individual and team achievements.
o Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure sustained improvement in sales performance.


Qualifications

• Greek C2 speaker + English C1 Level
• Proven experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer, or similar role in a call center or customer service environment.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies for improvement.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Conditions:

• Contract: Indefinite
• Salary: To be discussed
• Semi/Yearly performance-based bonus: up to 10% of gross monthly salary
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00
